Customer Service/Return Policy:

At StarPC our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. No merchandise may be returned without Return Authorization. Please call to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any product you are returning.
The goal of every StarPC team member is to provide exceptional service to all of our customers and clients. Every decision we make is intended to ensure that our customers’ are completely satisfied. There is a 30-day replacement warranty on most products.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to StarPC within 25 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. 30-day replacement warranty on most products

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, StarPC reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

RMA’s will only be issued after our technical assistant department has reviewed the issue Let our trained technicians assist you in trouble shooting before asking for a RMA or claiming defective equipment. StarPC is here to assist you in any way we can.

How to return or exchange an item:

* To return an item you must call Customer Service at 800-676-6806 / 847-360-8546 or email cs@starpcinc.com to obtain an RMA number.

* All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. No retail pricing stickers, markings, or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. Place the original package into a shipping carton.

* Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

* The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton. Our shipping and receiving department will reject items returned without the Authorized RMA number on the box. WRITE THE AUTHORIZED RMA # ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX LEGIBLY.

* Merchandise returned due to overstock or customer-ordering error must be returned freight paid and may incur a re-stocking charge.

* Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, and returns of crushed, torn, stained, marked boxes are not accepted.
